It has been a terrible experience of Shopping with modanisa. I had ordered 3 dresses from Modanisa and none of them arrived. Since then I am contacting them for my refund but everytime they say that they are investigating with the shipping company. Now I am afraid that, I might not get the money back.

I’ve ordered from Modanisa before when I was in the UK and I received my order in perfect condition and quality with free shipping.
My question is:
I moved to Norway and I want to know if I have to pay tax if I order something from Modanisa?

I am extremely happy with my order. It came sooner than expected and the fit is just right. I would recommend this site to any woman that is new to Islam...very modest clothes.

I received my order yesterday and I’m so! happy! It arrived fast ( less than a week) and all the pieces were exactly what I thought they would be! Anyone ordering, please look at the sizes and height of the models showing the products. I’m fairly tall (5’8) so I looked at pieces where the models are of similar height, and everything fits perfectly! I got all my summer wardrobe in one shipment, and I couldn’t be happier!

Cannot complain ..I've ordered twice now ..3 rd order is on the way ...I have however ordered knowing full well returns is a problem ...in my last order 1 item was tight on the arms but I'm not about to send it back as the shipment costs would be too much .the UK sell modest wear at horrendous prices .n modanisa at a snip...granted not all the fabric is fantastic but to wear a few times at these prices makes perfect sense to me .the only problem I'm having is not being able to leave reviews on the website itself on the items purchased.

One star is way more for the customer services.

The worst online store I've been seen in the past couple of years horrible experience very very late deliveries when we speak about the clothes is like a whole another level of disappointment! It's like expectation vs reality shopping. Very bad quality horrible materials if you washed three times it's already for a trash sizing is not realistic and to short us well even if you order a bigger size to fit won't fit you accept if you are not 150cm and when you try to return something you need to cover international shipping you self in order to return back to them so you can eventually get your money back but that will not gonna happen either because they're going to say that they haven't receive the return package

Best place to shop good value for money all clothes excellent quality. Lots of discount very trendy outfits.

5 Star Always! My delivery from Turkey comes quicker to the UK than it does from within the UK. Products are of high quality and true to size. Prices are very cheap and affordable. Love their clothes ❤❤❤

I ordered clothes from there website modanisa but they never delivered by clohtes and i tried emailing them but they never answer back but on my tracking number it shows its delievered altho it is not. I want to get in touch with one of the customer representative. I hate this webiste i want my refund.

I absolutely LOVE the clothing. To me it is not specific to an ethnic or religious sect, it crosses all the lines in making women look and feel dressy, classy and beautiful without looking like the norm today with FLESH hanging out everywhere. I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Modanisa have been very good so far. Their clothes have good quality and came quickly. I think their website could be improved somewhat as it's not as easy for me to navigate as some other websites, but overall it's good.
